Rajan Auto Industries started as a small scale manufacturing unit in the Auto Ancillary Trade. For years the company has been engaged in manufacturing of automobile pipes and control cables for various reputed companies and export houses. The range of products include Brake Hoses, Air Conditioner Pipes, Diesel Pipes, Flexible Fuel Pipes, Fuel Injection Pipes, Hydraulic Low/Medium Pressure Hoses, Nylon Pipes, Leak Of Pipes, Brake Pipes, Corrugated Hoses, L.P.G. Kit Pipes and Oil Gauges / Dip Sticks. Along with automobile the product also finds application in Petroleum Refineries, Steel Plants, Railways, and Power Plants etc.
The company has a state of art machineries and a well integrated Tool Room facility for production purposes. The manufacturing process from the machining of the end fittings, cutting, brazing, surface treatment, bending, electroplating and final testing is carried out in house under strict enforced quality control standards.
The Quality Control Department in our organisation has made it possible for us to inspect, standardize and validate the incoming raw material and outgoing salable products.
The products are manufactured as per reputed Standards and also as per customer drawings, designs and specifications. The products are tested for appropriate fitment before delivery.
Keeping in view the tremendous growth in automobile industry in domestic and overseas market, the company made a strategic decision to enter the market on its own under the brand SIMCON.
Within a short span of brand inception, company has become one of the trusted and reliable vendors of INDIAN AIR FORCE, needless to say, after clearing the stringent quality tests prescribed by them. Registration with Internationally reputed inspection Agencies is also under process.
